Herbal Remedies For Calming The Mind And Restful Sleep – ONLINE CLASS

Learn how to balance your nervous system and calm your mind whether you are a seasoned insomniac or an occasional non-sleeper. This class will help you establish a bedtime ritual so that you can let go and receive the nourishment of deep rest.

If you’d like to participate in the recipe-making portion of the class,please have available:

For the 1st recipe:

  • 1/3 cup of black sesame seeds
  • a small handful of organic rose petals
  • some coconut oil
  • raw honey
  • a clean coffee grinder for seed grinding
  • and optional rose water

For the 2nd recipe:

  • tart cherry juice, (recommended from Dynamic Health)
  • 2 tablespoons of grassfed gelatin, (recommended from Great Lakes)
  • a handful of looseleaf lemonbalm leaves
  • and a pot for the stove, with access to your stove, plus an ice cube tray
