Chronic stress depletes our bodies of naturally calming nutrients and compromises our ability to absorb them. Incorporating mineral-rich herbs into our diets and improving digestive function can calm the nervous system and increase the body’s resilience to life’s stressors.
Working with digestive, nervine, and adaptogenic herbs, we will learn to make:
•Balanced herbal formulations to rebuild the nervous system
•Herbal tea blends and tinctures
•Vinegar, an electuary, and a balm
We will also explore specific minerals and amino acids/fats for top nutrition, as well as the materia medica of herbs, comparing their efficacy with prescription drugs.
Note: A materials fee of $30 is to be paid to presenter.
