Herbal Remedy Making: Syrups + Vinegars – ONLINE

If you’d like to participate in the practical for for this class, then please have the following supplies available:
- 16oz bottle of raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 x12 oz mason jar
- 1 cup of sugar
- a lemon
- several handfuls of fresh elderflower (if you have access to a non urban source and can correctly identify the plant correctly), OR 1/2-1 cup of dried elderflower,
- 1/2-1 cup of dried mugwort OR a few handfuls of fresh mugwort (if you have access to a non urban source and can correctly identify the plant).
