WINTER WELLNESS SUNDAYS: Healing for the Body & Mind
Take time to care for yourself during these cold winter months. By exploring movement, meditation and plant medicine, you will leave each session with new knowledge and skills to care for your mental, physical and emotional health within the depths of winter.
Each session will be an hour of yoga and meditation, led by Sarah Schuman; followed by a 45-minute herbal class, by BBG teacher and Herbalist Dawn Petter, themed to a different winter wellness topic and how best to use plant medicine to support you. Follow your workshop with 10% off brunch at Yellow Magnolia Café and finish your afternoon with a guided tour of the Garden by one of BBG’s Garden Guides.
February 2nd : Keeping the spirits bright and buoyant during the darker days
February 9th : How to boost your immune system with plant remedies and foods.
February 16th : Cold weather skincare to counteract the cooler, drier conditions
February 23rd : Medicinal, delicious and seasonal foods for the winter months.
Pricing: $35 per class. All four sessions $120. 10% off for Members.
